To return or exchange a product, please email us for instructions at returns@tobecollected.com. Our office hours are between 9A and 5P Mountain, Monday through Friday.

We accept returns on standard items within 14 days of purchase. 

We do not accept returns on items that are made to order.

Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price after receipt and inspection to insure good condition.

Returned items can also be exchanged for credit toward the purchase of another item or for store credit.
